While writing this song, I was thinking about how lucky I was to have grown up surrounded by so much natural beauty in rural Massachusetts. This song balances that feeling of gratitude in tandem with feelings of uncertainty about how to build a new home elsewhere while pursuing an artistic lifestyle.
